So I bought my Supra used from a dealer but it came with a warranty from the dealer(not a Toyota dealer) that I got a 10 year 150k mile powertrain and I can bring to any dealer or something and I can claim warranty work on it. Now, i want to run mods(catless downpipe and intake) for now. If I found a dealer that doesn’t mind mods and god forbid something happens(knock on wood) would I be okay running these mods in the long run. How exactly does this warranty work compared to the factory Toyota one?

I'd suggest reading the paperwork for the warranty. Nobody here knows what warranty you got and is going to be able to tell you about it.

edited to add: it's not only going to be the dealer you have to worry about being mod friendly, but the warranty company as well.
