If you have an UNLOCKED supra donor DME to use on your LOCKED 2021+ Supra, is it as simple as paying a company stateside to clone it to your locked DME then it’s simply plug and play? Is FEMTO somehow still going to be needed in the process? I don’t see why they would as the whole point of the donor dme is that it’s unlocked so no unlock by femto has to be done? Someone please clarify this for me as I’ve heard different answers from everybody. Also cloning IS possible in the USA before anyone says that it isn’t, companies offer it for $300-400.

The donor dme has to be unlockable.. it doesn’t have to be unlocked in order to be cloned

Name the company that's cloning state side? The shops in the US are middle man's that ship to Femto.

Femto isn't just unlocking. They take information on the locked DME and put it on the pre June unlocked DME. It's basically their bread and butter.

No company state side is doing this.

Sort of correct.

Femto can read the encrypted data off of a locked ECU. They will send you the file. There are a lot of places stateside that can do the cloning with the file, Femto doesn't care about that.
