Emergency call system error

Hi all I'm new to the forum.

I've recently had an issue with my Supra where the dashboard has an error message which says "emergency call system not available" and then every 30 seconds after that, the car automatically calls the emergency services.

Has anyone encountered this issue before and what might be causing it?

Can try disconnecting battery for 30mins.

Direct approach:
Try dropping down the center dome light.
See if it still dials while disconnected.
Then try reconnecting and testing if it dials.

Otherwise, the car might think it has crashed and/or deployed airbag(s).
