Price is low because there is significant wear on the clear coat of the leading edge (flanking the center vent area) from sand/gravel. The other areas of the piece are in good condition. See pictures.
Finish needs to be wet sanded and re-epoxy/clear'd.
There is one small crack on the front edge of the right side, about 1/4" long, hardly noticeable.
Will need new 3M tape to adhere.
