You should not sell the amp because if you need a software upgrade you won't be able to without the factory amp in the system.

I had to reinstall mine for the brake software upgrade.

That's good, but with my aftermarket amp I can't even reprogram bimmer code settings. Have you been able to?

Yes. I used a helix sdmi25. You lose absolutely No capabilities
