In terms of finish:
Blackline is just raw aluminum finish with the + and - just painted on there.

AUTOTECKNIC is metal (not sure the material) and is painted/clear coat. But the + and - is engraved in.

I believe that AUTOTECKNIC is the original company that designed that style, Black line appears to be a generic copy of it hence the price difference when buying new.
