Any idea what the manufacturer warranty is on these, and if it transfers from the original purchaser to a second owner?

Warranty is 5 years per the Burger Tuning website but I don’t know if it’s transferable. It would seem seem they should honor any defects if the purchase date and manufacturing date were given. I had great support from them with install questions and the quality looks solid.
