These matte black tips fit over the OEM cat-back muffler ends. They're direct replacement for the OEM tips only larger and fill the bumper cutouts better than the stock ones.

These matte black tips have been discontinued for a while now.

One of the tips' 5 prongs broke off but it still hold solidly in place. See last photo with the red circle.
