I'm confused, It's not water proof or it'll scratch the paint if we use it outdoor?
Also what are those little plates under the wheels for ?

They keep the tires from getting flat spots when stored for the winter months. I use them as well.

I already sold it and no it won’t scratch the paint it’s an indoor only car cover.

Those are RaceRamps to lift the car up in the winter so the tires were not sitting on concrete all winter.
