Help! Driver side seatbelt needed for my supra 2021

So my car was rear ended and has since been in the shop for a year! Since 2021. What the shop told me was they were waiting for the seat belt assembly. Can someone here point me out to the right direction to acquire that assembly I'm willing to pay 200 for one working set!
I need to get my car outta the shop otherwise it's gonna rust in that damned collision center! Everything is completed except that damn driver side seatbelt.

Otherwise can someone recommend me on how to disable the seatbelt chimes and install racing bucket seat and harness...
