Help ID'ing a supra featured in a SpeedHunters article

Hey everyone, recently I saw a shot of a supra with some Ings +1 aero along with what looks like a GT4 hood vent featured in a SpeedHunters article (http://www.speedhunters.com/2021/10/supras-and-a-whole-lot-more/). I really want to find out more on that hood vent, would anyone happen to know who the owner is or the shop that may have built it? I've already searched "Ogura clutch A90 supra" and all that comes up is this shot in particular.

Thats the INGS+1 bumper, not sure about the hood though.

IIRC the hood vent is custom.
