HKS Wet Filter Replacement. Pretreated or needs to be oiled?

As the title says, I can’t figure out from asking in the groups and googling if it needs to be oiled before replacing or it comes pretreated. Can anyone give me a definitive answer? Should I just go with the dry filter?
