Hello all,

I purchased my '21 supra used (Carvana) and just took it to the dealership for a warranty issue I was having with the keyless entry and an oil change since I was there anyways. The tech who worked on it said that when he scanned the car for any codes on the door that he noticed the car had a tune. I was planning on tuning it anyways, so I suppose this is good news since it is already bench unlocked, but I would like to know what was used to tune it.
I would like to do an EcuTek tune, but I'm not sure how I go about removing the unknown tune and reflashing an EcuTek tune (remote pro-tune most likely). Any guidance would be helpful!

The dealership can just reset it when they do a service update.

Thanks, isn't there a chance that this will re-lock the ECU? I would prefer not to have to bench unlock again if I can help it.

Recall work will lock the ECU again, but as long as it is one of earlier ECUs it can be unlocked stateside no problem.
