Interesting creaking noise from rear

Car has 1900 miles, lowered on H&R springs with 13mm/15mm spacers.

If I turn my steering wheel full lock, i'll get this creaking noise once the wheels barely rotate as a result of the car being turned full lock. Ofc if the parking brake is on or the cars in park it won't do it I assume because it's holding the rear wheel from barely rotating. The noise is only from both rear wheels.

Is this normal, do I need to lubricate something like between spacer/wheel/ or spacer/hub?
There's already some lube between spacer & wheel.

P.S ignore the dirty ass wheels. been a long week lol.

My guess is when you're turning full lock while the e brake is up, the car is trying to pull itself forward since the front wheels are turning.. if you notice the car moves a lot when sitting still and turning full lock back and forth... the creaking sound is probably the e-brake giving a little slip to compensate the wheels turning, rather than putting full stress on the steering rack and tires trying to hold the car in place. Idk, just making an observational/ theoretical guess.

It makes the noise with the ebrake off, in theory though your explanation is possible. The car is giving a little of compensation and by doing so it makes the creaking noise in the rear.
