Not sure if it is the newest version, but here is 4.39.34.24488 (~ March 2023).
Thinking about it, there should be at least one newer version by now, but I didn't find it at the moment.

Inside US TIS, it was 4.42.31 last i saw.
Euro links have been at 4.39.34 for awhile.
