Hello,
I am looking for the part number for the wiring that provides power to the 12V socket in the trunk.

I am working to upgrade my trunk a bit by adding some of the items that our overseas friends have. I have purchased the side "luggage" panels that include the side net (Driver's Side on US-models) and tension strap (passenger side on US-models). These panels also include the cutout for the D-rings on the floor and the 12V socket on Passenger side (US Models) I have the parts for the socket itself, but am looking for the connector that provides power to it. I cannot find it on any parts diagrams. It looks like the socket is made for a specific 2-pin connector. Photo below.

If you want to look it up, the socket part number is 85530-WAA01

If you happen to know it, my next question once I locate the correct connector will be where to connect it to the fuse panel...

Thanks in advance if you can help.

Yeah. Just Amazon search a fuse tap kit or a 12v to 5v conversion kit.

Do you happen to have a link on the ones that you used? Sorry im not that good at wiring so im trying to make sure to get the exact ones that worked with yours and how they work and wire together.

Sure thing.
Essentially what you need is a 12V to to 5V converter.

the way I search is depending on what I need:

do I need USB or USBC?

do i need one or two?

this one will convert from 12V to 5V in the form of 2 USBC terminals.

https://amzn.to/4bG5xFN

you can also find for 1 or two USB, only one USBC, etc.

then you need a Fuse tap cable. Be sure to have an adequate Amperage margin on the fuse you are tapping.

https://amzn.to/4rQtFf0

then you will need to ID what Fuse you will tap (there are threads here that show the fuse map and recommend where to go). I recommend to use one that shuts off with the battery cut at 6min of car engine shut down or one that works only on engine work
Finally you will need to tap the fuse, connect the other line to a suitable ground in the chasis and boom. You got it.

i have about 6 of these serving Go pro cameras, radio cons for the car, mic for sound recording etc.
