Matte Spoiler advice requested

Good afternoon!

I've ordered this:

The first one arrived cracked on both sides. The replacement arrived and has a small imperfection on the top of the ending point.

The only other matte spoiler that I've seen is:

So my questions as a Supra n000b (purchased in August) are
1) Does anyone with a matte spoiler have one other than the two I've linked and would like to advise on options
2) Is monacoms a reputable shop?
3) Should a matte spoiler be sealed? And if so, with what?

I really, really like these spoilers. Does it match the finish of the stock rear diffuser or is it different in finish/color?
