MHD License says already redeemed.

I bought an MHD+ Super license a few weeks ago and just got my MHD WiFi Adapter last night.

Followed the steps to connect and activate my license but it says "Already Redeemed" I definitely didn't do anything until last night so how is it already redeemed?!

Emailed MHD support but they simply responded with "Yup it has been redeemed"

Wtf.... These past couple months have absolutely abused me. Anyone had similar problems or is there an MHD rep in here?

Each license is connected to a VIN, you can try to show them the paperwork of your vehicle's VIN. Ask when that license was purchased/activated and when it was redeemed? Any reason you spent $600 on the MHD tune that arrives instantly via email weeks before the $90 adapter..? The ordering of purchases seems strange. PEMDAS or some shit

Well, I guess my senior drill instructor failed me. ?

I seen the black Friday sale price and just sent it knowing I'd regret not scooping it up while on sale. I knew I'd be getting FEMTO and Tune later on (Unexpected expenses and budgeting what not threw a wrench into the mix).

Then I lollygagged on getting the adapter not knowing there was potential for this.

Update on this, MHD support was finally able to find the issue after several emails.

Somehow, someone else bought the same license and entered the wrong order # (which was mine instead of theirs because it was "very similar") when activating their license.

Not even sure how that can happen, definitely a big flaw in their process/system. But they were able to give me that other person's code (idk man) and now I'm good to go.

If anyone buys MHD, activate that license IMMEDIATELY
