That's a coolant reservoir cap in the picture FYI. The one for the intercooler system.

Thanks for the heads up on that cap. And I honestly don't know if the bolts are longer than factory. I bought the spacers from another forum member, the member included the lug nuts, but i didnt need them.

The bolts look longer than OE, but I'll have to compare measurements. I'll measure a stock one tonight and get back to you..
