Because of this
^I'm not going to lie, I had no idea what a Supra was until I saw that movie. I knew Toyota made the Celica and MR-2, but I had no clue that something above them even existed. I never laid eyes on a Supra until I was 18.
I think this would be a great thread to introduce ourself to everyone.
Hi guys, I'm John. I drive a Ford Focus; nothing fancy its just my daily. I work as a therapy tech. Hope to chat with more of you guys in the future.
Hi Fred, Welcome to the party. Be prepared to see a lot of speculative threads here. No one really knows what the Supra will be. BimmerToy has done a good job of not giving us much. I'm hoping the end result will be as much or better than we all hope to see.
Thanks for welcoming me to the community. Here's a quick lowdown of myself.
My name's Tim, 27.
I live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Im a big car guy and have a passion for Japanese cars which started in about 2009.
I bought my first sports car back in 2010. Which was a 1995 JZA80 Supra (NA).
Went to town on that, boosted it etc. Loved it to Bits!!!!
Still regret selling it to this day.
Now, I drive a 2002 Silvia S15, forged SR.
Also love this car to bits too. Done a few track days, skid pan days etc, etc.

Love having a good read on here and see whats happening with development, spy pics and speculation on the new ''Supra''.
I think part of the reason is because I was such a big fan of the MKIV, im dying to see whats going to happen with this one.
Anyways, i wont go on and make this too long lol.
Happy to be here & happy to say hello.

Hi everyone, I'm Tommy. I'm from Louisiana/Texas; go back and forth quite a bit. I'm 29 yo, I'm a baker/party cook. I use to be a teacher; after doing it for 3 years it wasn't for me. I love cars of all makes and models. Anyways, I can't wait to see how this car turns out and looking forward on reading your thoughts and opinions.
Hey, Hey! I'm 32 and started driving in an old ford escort before it was stolen, the one with the automatic seatbelts haha.
Since then I've had a few vehicles, lots of imports, my last being a GTR that I ended up crashing. 4 times. Windy empty country roads are just too tempting when I was younger
My current vehicle is a newer Mazda 3 and I have no other fun vehicle currently until my fiance and I buy a house later this year.
We were hoping to grab a new 718? porsche GT4 but that will almost likely not happen as they are too exclusive for a first time porsche buyer.
Since we are buying a house, waiting until the supra comes out won't be so bad!
I've always had some cool cars and felt the need to modify everything I've owned. It's generally been at the expensive of my own well being as I would eat ramen if I had too to afford a car I wanted.
As for the modifying, I've come to the realization I've probably made a lot of cars worse to drive!
It will be nice to finally split the bill on something and be able to eat!
Name is Jonny 30 (duh) and I am currently a supervisor for the Environmental department for a Centura hospital. I currently live in Denver, CO but often visit my hometown and friends in North Hollywood/ Los Angeles, CA. On my days off i usually follow the growing Colorado car scene check out my Instagram @monstruoso_
I come from a Toyota family. My father owned a Previa and t100 and my mother had a old 89 supra and Corolla. My first cars were two SC400's and later sold them both to buy a FRS. Bought a house and decided to trade my FRS for a daily for me and my wife. So I am currently driving a 16 touring edition Avalon and i am pretty much waiting on the z4/Supra. Lol
Hey I'm Chikane, Nice to meet everyone, I'm from Maryland looking forward to see how this car comes to life in the coming years.
Hello guys, I'm a typical 21 year old car enthusiast from Miami.
Looking forward to see how this car comes out to be and perform like. It's been a childhood dream of mine to own supra one day so hopefully I'll make that dream a reality with the beautiful mkv!
Hello. Long long time lurker, finally signed up. I've had 5 or 6 supras, currently three, and a little C class Benz. Been playing with them since about 2002.
Anyway fingers crossed the supra successor is a true 911 fighter. I wish it was going GT-R hunting personally, but a 911 is a beautiful weapon nonetheless.
Nice to see more Supra hoarders! I'm on #8!
Haven't owned an MK3 yet though, so that's on the list! Also, need to get my hands on an S2 MKIV like yours!
Hello, I'm Marco 33 years old from Germany.
I have registered here to stay informed about the new Supra.
If anyone is interested, this is my Celica GT-four:
