OEM Seat Adjustment is Out of Sync/Crooked

Has anyone had issues with the oem seats becoming misaligned on their adjustment?

My seat height adjust doesn't seem to move in sync between the left and right side of the rails. The left side of the seat will go down further than the right side, but when raising the seat, the left side moves higher than right side before the right side starts raising.

Just wanted to check if there was a fix I could do myself before I try to get it fixed under warrenty and get to drive a camry for a week.

if the car is under warranty don't bother with making an attempt. it's a pretty annoying repair. if its not under warranty this might be a good time to get aftermarket seats and rails.

it sounds like the driveshaft on the right side of the height adjustment motor came off or is binding. im not sure of what Toyota's repair procedure is for this but for my manufacturer, it is built into the seat frame and the frame assembly will need replacement.
