oil vacuum method possible?

Ok so I know I am probably beating a dead horse because no dipstick right. But I was looking at engine oil piping and it looks like there could be several locations to tap into to grab the oil, although all definitely warranty ending and potentially unsafe?
I was looking at this aftermarket turbo setup and it looks like the oil return line which is normally metal on oem turbo goes pretty darn much straight into the sump, so I am thinking with custom tubing and a Y splitter could this not work as an oil vacuum mod?
