By the sounds of it, with the new iOS 13 update, we will be able to divide the Supra screen into thirds:
Looks like CarPlay will offer dual screen functionality, add that to the current 1/3 display on our screens that doesn’t display CarPlay...we will be able to focus on everything but the road.
Looks like many cars currently display full screen, as seen below. Although the display below might seem like a good option, having to jump in and out of CarPlay to control other items will be a nice update for many.
