**Product Launch** Dry Carbon Rear Louver @ DSG Performance

Of course, this is purely an aesthetic mod but we wanted to do something unique on our car and build a real, full dry carbon rear window louver. For those that don't know the difference between dry carbon and the 'carbon' that is typically offered, dry carbon is pure carbon with nothing else, not carbon laid overtop a fibreglass (FRP) piece like you'll see often. In those instances, that is still real carbon laid on top of FRP, but it's heavier and not a pure carbon piece. We wanted to make sure this was true dry carbon to keep the weight as low as possible being an aesthetic piece (approx. 5-6lbs.). Mounting is by 3M double-sided tape making it an extremely easy and quick install, also easily removable if necessary.

Lead time is 3-4 weeks shipped per unit (depending on our production schedule, this may change and we may eventually have units made for stock to cut lead time down even more).

Install louvers with thin wall 3M dual lock that's rated for glass adhesion, and use an adhesion promoter like Silane. The louver will be rock solid, but removable for cleaning.

Yep that definitely works but we can use a hose as usual and rinse, you can get a cloth in there pretty easily if you don't want to remove it constantly, but both options work

Yeah looks amazing, it suits any color. These aren't real carbon, it's essentially overlay on frp. Ours are a real full carbon only piece (dry carbon)
