It looks better than I thought it would. But I have a feeling we're going to be seeing lots of wings in the coming months and I want to pick the right one for me. That said I am also thinking I may not add a wing as the shape of the rear with the duck tail is pretty much perfect. People compliment the design of this car often, the common refrain is " so much better in person". Hate to screw that up with tacked on things. It's a struggle...

One idea I had is buying a CF wing and painting it except for a small sliver exposed in the CF. I have done this before on a Cayman I had and I liked it a lot.

Its nice but I prefer FT1 style wing. Not the whole going in and out concept but just a solid one piece wing, attached via 2 pillars

Yeah, after seeing these pics it looks almost exactly like the TRD spoiler I picked up, although I think the TRD is slightly bigger and comes to the edges of the trunk a little bit more and is a slightly tighter fit (perhaps because you have to screw it on in addition to the tape). Probably not worth the price difference to most, and I know many don’t want to drill holes into their trunks. Having said that, I have no regrets.

It is just sitting on the Trunk. We are waiting for some other parts before we do the install.

With the provided 3m special automotive tape there will be no gaps. Fitment is on point.

I just received today my wing from speedindustry, the box was opened during shipment, luck was on my side, as the wing itself was very well bubble wrapped, and suffered no damage, however, my wing didn't came in with any double sided tape, so my question were do I put the tape on the wing, I do have 3m automotive double sided tape.

Fit is perfect, but you do have to angle it perfectly for it to "fit in"or fall in its place. The finish on the wing is great 9 out 10 or so, and that's being really picky, and I mean really picky.. I have other products from rexspeed (on my gtr), fit and finish have always been good.

Hello, I see that you are in PR, Glad you are happy with the product. Yes, 3M automotive tape will work. Usually the gray tap with the red backing is the suggested exterior 3M tape.

I suspect Customs opened up your package. We shipped it with all the proper 3m Tape. It comes packed that way from rexpeed. Sorry, this happened.
