"Security Alert" popup

I got a popup add for McAfee Total Protection today - VERY intrusive, VERY scare-tactic stuff. I'm an IT guy and I have plenty of background in IT Security, so I know better than to click on it. I understand we need to sell ads to keep the site free, but this is over the line. Screen cap of the ad.
