Service Adviser & Tech Recommendation

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a good service adviser and tech at Longo Toyota in El Monte CA?

Even though I would prefer not to bring the car to the Toyota dealer but car needs warranty service done

Can't really pick the adviser/tech. Cars are only allowed to be work on by supra techs. And dealers usually only have a handful of them.
