Found this issue after about 200 miles on highway. When driving on rough road the driver side mirror will vibrate and make everything blurry.
I was able to take off the door panel and tight the 3 bolts connecting the mirror arm to the door, then tight the three little screws under the mirror connecting the mirror housing to the mirror arm after taking off the bottom plastic cover. One of these little screws was pretty loose from factory so I've tighten all three of them as much as I could. The condition has improved a little, but still not eliminating the issue.
The issue only happens on the driver side, passenger side is rock solid. Checked the mirror lens attachment and pretty sure all 8 tabs were attached to the power adjusting actuator. The vibration seems to be from the actuator, it has a little wiggle room when pressing different corners on the lens, but the passenger side does the same and it doesn't vibrate on highway.
One observation is I can feel the road is rough from the steering wheel when the mirror is doing this.
Found a couple posts but none of them mentioned any solution:

Any suggestions on what to look for before bringing it to the dealer? TIA!
