Side skirt not sitting flush/tight

hi guys

Got an issue with my passenger side skirt not sitting tight / flush. It moves a bit and pokes out.

Has anyone had the skirts off and tell me whether there is something that holds them in tight at the top (circled)

I’m wondering if it’s to do with number 13, but I’m not even sure what that is.

Any help would be appreciated

Feels like there is a lip up behind the corner. Try to bend it down and push it up at the corner. It may catch back in place. Mine are flush on both sides. I put my finger behind the corner where yours is poking out. I can feel the lip behind it
