How do you get the supra radio code for sirius xm radio ? I call them and they say it appears on the channel 000 but i can't get to that channel

I read all 3 pages and everything is all about they got lucky and their free subscription its still on

Apparently most never need to do anything as the service hasn’t been shut off. Consider it an extended trial that never ends.

Well maybe thats why i have it for a couple of hrs when i got the car. Then a week later came back for a week then disappear again
