Spage x PHD front lip?

Anyone running this? I haven't seen a lot of pictures of other cars with it. Curious how it fits, if any drilling is needed, build quality, etc. Asking cause I'm local to Spage so it's easier compared to other options for me. I am considering Sayber as well but I've seen a lot more of that. Thanks
