Wanting to use the following Toyo R888R sizes on my stock wheels. Have seen some positive posts about them not causing issues on stock wheels, but also some that were concerning. Just want to make sure I don't waste $1600 on something that won't work.
  • 295/30ZR19 Rear
  • 275/35ZR19 Front

Any input would be great, mainly concerned about the ratio on the fronts being larger, but this is the only slightly oversized option with these tires apparently. Thanks in advance!

I think R888R runs a bit wider than the Michelins. I'm currently running 265/35-19 and 285/35-19 MP4S with 15mm spacers all around. With that being said, I wish I would have gone with 295/30-19 on the rear and 255/35-19 on the front with the Contis ECS tires I was thinking getting instead. The 265/35 rubbed upfront when I had the H&R springs on hard bumps but with 255s never had an issue. Not a fan of the look oh the MPSS (nor MP4S) with the 255 because they looked stretched. So I went wider but they are a bit balloon-ish looking. The rear has plenty of space to fit 295s even with a 15mm spacer.

Thanks! I'm running 15mm spacers but stock ride height, so probably okay up front. You didn't have any issues with tire ratio differences causing traction control to activate?
