Supra mk5 mhd+ integration

Hey has anyone tried programming the MHD+ integration Reflex+ themselves? Is it difficult? Unfortunately I couldn't find an answer to my question I plan to install the Reflex+ port injection but I'm not sure which files to upload to the reflex or Would it be better to take the car to a shop and have them do it for me? And if the workshop does it for me, do I need a new tune or can I drive home without a tune?
If someone could send pictures or any tips I would be grateful.
