T4 v-band turbo questions

Hey y’all , I see a lot of big power Supra are running big T4 (4) bolt divided flange turbos for a faster spool up time, my question is will a t4 vband turbo be just as good for spool up time or I should stick to the t4 (4) bolt divided flange turbos ?? I’m planning to run either a 6766 or a 6870 nex gen precision turbo on my mk5
