I apologize, I just have found a succinct and consistent discussion that answers my questions. Which comes down to whether or not to run a bit of extra ethanol AND, if so, a Fuel-It Sensor.

Data: locked ‘21 3.0. Catted downpipe and JB4 on their way to be installed. Just want a bit more hp.

What is the wise limit EtOH percentage wise of ethanol that should be run with such a set up? At what % is a sensor warranted? I understands well that EtOH is hygroscopic, and don’t plan to have a tank fill sitting for more than 10 days at a stretch.

other considerations?

Oh, and would it be a big hassle to add the Fuel-It at a later date compared with doing it all at once?

Its not any easier to add the fuel-it now or later except for the fact you have to open the hood to install them. I would just make sure you are either testing your ethanol or a consistent source and mixing it correctly.
