At NYST - NEW YORK SAFETY TRACK

Im a Certified Driving Instructor and been in the scene the last 9 years. I instruct with SCDA, HOD, and offer private one on one services. Springtime i held an event at NYST and fell in love with the Track. I normally instruct at Watkins Glen, Limerock, Palmer, NJMP, Summit, Pocono and many more.
This is the 3rd event im holding this year at NYST and the last 2 were a success. Everyone was safe, cars that came.. left un-harmed.
This is an open track day event but if we get enough cars we will split up the event and times. All are welcome from Novice to Advance drivers. I will be instructing to Novice and Intermediate.
This is NOT a RACEDAY....its a HPDE event ...an educational driving event where we are driving at safe paced laps.
Below is a link to me showing my student the track, please watch the video and familiarize yourself with NYST

Requirements:
-Up to date CERTIFIED SNELL 2015 HELMETS
-Seatbelts/Harnesses are in proper working order
-Cars are fully inspected by reputable shops (I can provide info on shops)
-Brake pads have plenty of life
-Tires arent cracked and have no nails or patches.

All who are interested please shoot me a text and further details will be provided

NYST is a good track. my only complaint on that track is, I get nausea... have fun and be safe! bring dramamine just in case! ;)
Nausea? ....i've heard of that...definitely Anxiety related when it comes to driving at the limit.
I suggest keeping yourself fully hydrated before any event by consuming PEDIALYTE followed by water through out the day. Well balanced diet and Meditative breathing techniques, it never fails!

it could be many reason but definitely not anxiety. I was at my 35% of normal, shifting around 45K, because I was leading a student behind me. even when i was by myself, perhaps 60%, shifting around 55K. there are many reports on nausea while driving at NYST and it's common. ;) Nevertheless, it is a fun track if you can get over it. I will be taking dramamine day before and in the morning, next time. :)
