Pro import tuners is giving a huge hassle to mirror caps return when they dont fit. They are requesting i do the leg work to get their refund from seibon carbon.

Do a chargeback through your bank and get your money back. You bought the mirror caps from Pro Import Tuners and not Seibon. They can work on getting reimbursed from Seibon. That's poor customer service.

This is why I prefer OEM when it comes to body pieces. Aftermarket there's always issues. Poor fitment, quality, damage, missing hardware, take your pick.

Yep its getting annoying. I plan to go oem after they refund my money.

Yes, definitely go through your credit card institution. GL with the refund. I had to deal with this kind of issue with another vendor for another product for another hobby of mine, but it was a huge waste of my time.
