What’s up everyone! So I’m interested in purchasing a verus heat shield but was wondering if it was was compatible with the stock air box (including the resonator). All the pictures I have seen have the resonator off.

Worried of purchasing it and having the box hit the shield or have fitment that is off. I’d prefer to have function and keep the engine bay as stock as possible (California, yay). Anyone have any idea? Thanks!

It should fit. I would message Verus directly they're very responsive.

I emailed Verus and this was the official response:

“It will be very tight, but it's possible it can work. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee perfect fitment though without adding our resonator delete. You might be able to get it to work, but tt may require a small amount of modification.”

More than likely I’ll bite the bullet and figure it out myself. If need be, I suppose I can take off the resonator and let it be. Thanks for the feedback fellas
