Water Injection

Sorry if this has been covered before, I searched but didn't find what I was after

I have a Forge charge pipe BM3 etc

I thought I would check water injection out before I get my custom tune done

I'm interested in water injection only, not meth, what are the pros & cons please.

Will it help with carbon build up on intake valves, I assume so ?

I guess there is a performance increase ?

Typically how long does a tank of water last ? (Yes I know piece of string )

So overall worth doing ?
