Weird Wobble/ noise.

Anyone know what this might be? I do need to replace my brake pads. Could it be that? I usually happens during 35 mph and when coming to a stop.

It’s kinda hard to hear it in the vid but it’s like a warping sound. Almost like a wind buffeting noise inside the cabin

Had something similar on one of my past cars… Front suspension ball joint.
