What to do?

hopefully everyone is having a better day than me, i’m stuck now on what to do with this. shipping company gave me some compensation, about 1/3 of the price, but now i need to decide if i should try and get it repaired, or cut my losses and order a new one.

id try and either find a carbon repair place, not sure if they have it where you are at,

or try and resell for 2/3s of the price and pray the next order doesn't come as destroyed as that.

Sorry to hear that, had the same problem with my lip, waited a while for it just for it to come with scratches and marring.

Did you contact the manufacturer to see if they can help? I'm guessing it was their responsibility for shipping?
Given the cost of this peice was pretty high, I would think they should offer something!
Otherwise, I agree with @Supradawg to get a quote from a carbon repair shop.

i don’t think i have a carbon repair shop near me.
i have spoken to a couple of my friends who have connections with people who do body repairs, they also said they wouldn’t be able to either.
i think my only option is to sell, but honestly a lot of the supra guys here aren’t interested in heavy modifications so i doubt it’ll sell too.

sadly the shipping fell onto me, ADRO ships only to the upper 48 states leaving Alaska, and me in hawaii left kinda in the dust.
i ordered it through a90shop and it was originally destined for a freight forwarding service in FL, they held it for 3 weeks and couldn’t ship it, so i had a second freight delivery company pick it up from FL to ship to Hawaii, i’m almost glad that show is over, but now im stuck with this.

Impossible to repair without it being obvious in the natural finish. If you paint it a colour then yes a repair is possible.
