You won’t have to come up through the wheel well to attached it. You’ll use the existing hardware from the stock strut bars. They are an E14 bolt, but a 6-point 11mm socket fits just fine. I believe they get torqued to 41 ft lbs when tightening them. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Edit: I only torqued the 2 rear bolts that are in the strut tower to 41 ft lbs. The 2 bolts in the front I just tightened until I felt they were good because of the aluminum they go into.
