LiquiMolly Special Tec 5w-30 is what all of the drag guys use.

I swear by Motul. I typically change oil at 3k miles or after two events, whichever comes first. Always check oil level every other fill up at the pump(STi habits never die lol). Haven’t had an issue with 10k miles driven. We will see how the new motor does though 🤷‍♂️

I'm thinking just run LiquiMoly next season as well. I've run it on my old Mk7 GTI and current Mk7 Golf-R forever and it's been super smooth.

Plus, those small 1L BMW bottles are retarded. How the dangling manboobs are you supposed to fill those tiny bottles to take back for recycling? At least with the LiquiMoly you get big jugs.. okay this makes no sense.

Thx for the input, I’ve decided to go with the Amsoil 5-30 European, bought a case for $150 free shipping.

You don't HAVE to go through a dealer. Nothing but amsoil touches the internals of my engine and I always order from Amsoil direct. I'm still rocking 0W-20 however but my next oil change I'll go to 5W-30.
