Just an FYI to the a90 community: 17” and 18” wheels (at least the motegi drag pack) don’t fit over the rear Brembo GT-S kit. The lateral side of the caliper contacts the barrel of the rim - not the face of the caliper to the wheel spoke.

It was realllllly close with the 18” so
I said fuck it and just hacked up my 4K brake kit. Only .25-.75mm needed shaved, I’m hoping this won’t affect the integrity of the caliper. Time to head to the powder shop ‍♂

I did not want to go 19” for my drag wheels for quite a few reasons and this is the reason I stuck with 18”.

Luckily the carnage isn’t visible from the face of the wheel .

Just an FYI, y’all

Did you factor in the thickness of the powder coat that will be added to the calliper? It can be thick sometimes.

that looks amazing but you might be one pebble away from scoring and cutting through the barrel

Ideally powdercoating thickness should be between 1 to 2 mills or .05 mm so if he shaved .5 mm off then he SHOULD be good unless they go way overboard
