As long as it has a VIN, turn signals, brake lights and mirrors I think it's road legal once you swap out the slicks. At least going by Florida registration standards.

Alas, we're in Washington, so even if we don't have emissions, someone is bound to complain about the definitely insane exhaust noise.

Outside of Bellevue and Kirkland, I haven’t had issues, and I used to have an obnoxiously loud Subie before. I think we can make it happen!
