I received my steering wheel from VQcarbonCustoms on 4/26. Ordered a custom wheel to match my A91 Refraction Blue on 2/21. The blue is just a generic blue from his website and the stitching doesn't match my existing color. I waited two months to just receive some generic wheel. He said I could return it for a lighter blue, but at this point I just want my money back. I asked for a return label several days ago. I decided to just open a billing dispute today and try to order from another company.

Yeah I wouldn't mind if they are truly US made and not from China. Rather support a US company and products if possible.
Support a company who doesn't lie to their customers about where their products are made. Those steering wheels are coming from China or Taiwan. That guy is a piece of shit for trying to claim it's made in the USA, a complete joke and I will never order a single thing from x-ph.com.

Wow ok then, I'm sorry you feel that way. Our wheels are made in Florida :dunno:
Would you like to come to see how it's done?

Guys give Aza Auto Wheel a check. Granted they donā€™t have the Supra option on the website atleast when I ordered but my wheel is done. Making final payment Friday and while I havenā€™t held it yetā€¦it does look damn good. Just message them on Instagram if you can or go on the website and pic out ideas. I did have to wait about 2-3 months but they are based in WA an they do purchased Supra OEM wheels. Now Iā€™m not sure about the option of sending yours in but it wasnā€™t mentioned to me if you do CORE or not. But atleast you have the back up OEM if something happens. Tell them Brian Savage sent you over. Also if you follow Thic Whips he installed one on his Supra as well and looks fantastic

Looks good! I want to get one but they seem really expensive. The quote they gave me was $1650 if they supply the core / $1250 if I send it in. This was for leather wrapped, no carbon bits or paddles or Alcantara or anything else fancy.

Does that seem high or am I delusional? Lol it does look like nice quality tho

Yeah - that's gorgeous. That's exactly the one I want. I'll give you $500 for it. ;)

What'd you drop on it?

I'm definitely buying directly from China. My hope here is that people stop paying these insane prices for commodities when it's perfectly clear that all of the work is done overseas.

No way I'm giving a middleman $1,000 to do nothing while they claim they do custom work. They don't do anything to the wheel except markup the price. $2K for a steering wheel? LMAO I'll go buy the same "custom" wheel from Alibaba.
