Messaged them on Instagram and Facebook weeks ago, the customer service is lacking, they’re more focused on getting the PI kits out I’m sure.

that is more than they are new and without the ability to return it to the OE seller because you bought it "used". I am looking for one too but not gonna spend more than they are new LOL, plus most are offered with free shipping. New in box is still used at the end of the day.
