JB4 Tune - unlink

I sold my JB4 Tune and apparently after the guy tried to put it on his car it gave him an error saying Kit not owned. My question is where do I go to unlink this from my vin?

Go onto n54 tech. Contact the support team by email .

Say you sold your unit and then email them your linked to the account and ask them nicely to see if they can unlink the account. I heard back from them in 2 hours or so.

You might need to give him your password to log into the JB4 from the JB4 mobile app. I'm not sure there's another way

Lol i meant sd_mk hes always putting me on threads lol. THis is a community we should always try to help each other.
