Thats what the impact sticks are for, 100% accuracy on the impact! The Pittsburgh ones are the best of course.

I only own the 80 and 100 ft/lb sticks. That's all I've found to need for my cars/trucks while getting lugs tight enough to put the vehicle back on the ground, then ALWAYS hand-torque from there.

I own 0 of them. I just find it funny that when you are at a tire place and you ask them to TQ your wheels to a certain number, they bust out the sticks.
