2021 A91 Edition - Floor mat question (Tuxmat)

My 2021 A91 has two posts that rise up from the floor (both driver and passenger side are the same) that my floor mats "clip" into. I currently have Weathertec matts that were ordered specifically off their website for this vehicle and they have "slots" for these "post clips". I ordered a set of Tuxmats for the Supra and they DON'T have these post clip attachments. They have velcro pads on the back of the Tuxmat. I have a friend who has a 2022 A90 and his does not have the "post clips" that my A91 does. His has a velcro disk on the floor that the TUxmax mates up with. I did buy the car 2nd hand and it did not come with front floor mats (just the "Supra" mat in the trunk with the blue stitching). Is it possible the previous owner changed out the velcro? It would not seem so in that the Weathertec mats, as ordered from their site, come and fit my car. I am confused.......... Any feedback is appreciated Looking for info before I contact Tuxmax as I cannot find any info specific to this on their site. TIA (and sorry for the long post)

After much searching found a video on youtube where someone was installing the weathertec mats. The original velcro pads are stock and can be "rotated" and removed and post type mat attachments put in. Had no idea

Thx - The things we learn when we buy a used car that everyone likes to mod LOL - I just ordered the velcro pads off so that I can switch back to stock and try the tux mats...
